In the past I've seen various ways of checking the current number of online players, but all that I've seen have a fatal flaw. Depending on how the server was turned off (or more specifically, if it crashes) the player count gets messed up. Here's the one I'm talking about:
7 S7 |8 ]( j) H! m! G( u3 a/ B5 qCode:
* }2 ]$ J0 j8 U2 Z G+ G$mssql = mssql_query("SELECT * FROM [ACCOUNT_DBF].dbo.[ACCOUNT_TBL] WHERE isuse='J'");
4 \5 w; E3 y2 w- ?1 k% U7 Jecho mssql_num_rows($mssql);Here's a more proper code, which will automatically reset the current online count whenever the world server program is opened:3 \% G$ e# @- R! x
Code:2 Q. V. i, T# W( {, Z [
$mssql = mssql_query("SELECT * FROM [CHARACTER_01_DBF].dbo.[CHARACTER_TBL] WHERE MultiServer='1'");
; u( t9 e- ?9 }1 I9 @/ |5 E$ ]echo mssql_num_rows($mssql);$ V, N1 G" F! \( d& ]7 Y% L+ y
2 O$ I% M! v# A J |
